Picovo is operated by Ambivalent Co., a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea, represented by Kim Seokjun. These service terms describe use of Picovo’s vocabulary, review, speaking, and AI features. The iOS app’s license is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use the service lawfully. Do not access another person’s account, interfere with service security, bypass usage limits, infringe others’ rights, or submit unlawful or abusive content. Picovo is not intended for children under 14.
We may restrict misuse or security threats. Any restriction, notice, or termination is subject to applicable law and the circumstances, including your rights to request review through support.
AI-generated meanings, translations, images, speech feedback, and conversations can be incorrect or unsuitable. Check important information independently. Picovo is a learning aid, not a guarantee of proficiency or professional advice. Features may require network connectivity and compatible device permissions.
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You allow Picovo and its service providers to process, store, and deliver that content as needed to provide the features you request. You are responsible for having permission to submit it. These terms do not promise exclusive ownership of AI-generated outputs or that they are free of third-party rights.
Paid AI plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions with 5x, 10x, or 20x shared weekly allowance. The actual localized price, billing period, and available plan are shown in the app and Apple purchase confirmation before payment. Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew unless canceled in accordance with Apple’s displayed renewal terms; cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
Monthly payment and weekly allowance are different periods. AI features share a weighted weekly allowance; consumption depends on the feature and provider usage, so a plan does not promise a fixed number of outputs. The app shows weekly usage and the next reset. Unused weekly allowance does not roll over. Renewal, restoration, and reinstallation do not reset weekly usage. Upgrades preserve already-used allowance; the store-confirmed effective date governs plan changes.
Reviewing saved content and reusing prepared media without an AI provider call do not consume AI allowance. An explicitly claimed email-verification trial reward is separate from an Apple free-trial subscription and does not automatically become a paid subscription.
Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal; access continues for the paid period unless a refund or another store-confirmed status changes it. Refund requests for Apple purchases are handled through Apple, subject to applicable law. Restore purchases in the app using the relevant Apple account and Picovo account. A store transaction cannot grant paid access to multiple unrelated Picovo accounts.
Deleting the app or requesting account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Saved-content review and access to newly requested AI features are distinct; paid AI access ends when the entitlement expires.
We may update features and these terms. Material changes affecting paid services will be communicated as required by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Responsibility for outages, loss, and other harm is determined by applicable law; nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
